Absolutely OUTSTANDING! Cheryl led us through a challenging sale with dedication, professionalism and solid commitment every step of the way. The home required unforeseen repairs/preparation to which Cheryl gave sound advice and referred us to outstanding tradesmen; we received multiple offers which she helped us compare; a significant "glitch" on the day of initial closing required a scramble to implement repairs needed/desired by the bank and buyer. In each challenge - and there were many - Cheryl devoted her time and knowledge to overcome with grace and humor. We cannot imagine any aspect of her work which could be improved, she is simply fantastic!
